What’s the Difference Between Soft Washing and Power Washing?

Conventional power washing is just high pressure and water. When you move to the soft washing side of things, cleaners and detergents (soap) to do all the cleaning for you. What you get is a superior cleanliness that is safer, using low pressure that lasts longer.

The reason a soft washing will last longer than your conventional pressure washing or power washing, is because soft washing takes the grain, dirt, and grime on your siding and kills what’s growing there. Grime is like a living, breathing thing — a plant on your siding.

If you just use water, it’s no different from going outside and pulling a weed. If you don’t get the root, it will grow back. We are pulling the root out, basically. Removing it and washing it clean so you’re left with no roots and a clean surface.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing? It’s science based cleaning. We’re the surface science pioneers. That’s what you get when you call us.
